In 2022, Marcos and Sabina Perezcarro founded Lubel, dedicated to partnering with organizations to support their employees.

Meet The Founders

Marcos Perezcarro
Founder & CEO
Marcos Perezcarro has worked in the video production industry for 17 years, bringing extensive expertise and a profound passion for film, graphic design, and entrepreneurship. Throughout his career, Marcos has co-founded multiple companies, earned film awards, and provided video production services to a diverse clientele, including Hollywood studios and marketing agencies.
While living in Spain, Marcos co-founded Kroma Media, where he helped businesses enhance employee training through high-quality videos. Seeking new challenges, he moved to California and worked with renowned director Randal Kleiser, assisting with post-production and graphic design services. In Los Angeles, Marcos catered to a wide range of clients, from marketing agencies to businesses of all sizes, and recognized a universal need for improved employee learning experiences across industries.
In 2022, Marcos and Sabina founded Lubel, where he currently serves as CEO. His vision is to lead the company to become a global leader in revolutionizing employee support through cutting-edge AI-powered video solutions, redefining how organizations educate and empower their teams.
Outside of work, Marcos is a devoted father of two who enjoys playing drums and traveling to new and exciting places with his family. His commitment to providing a fulfilling life for his wife and kids drives everything he does.

Sabina Perezcarro
Co-Founder & COO
With 19 years of experience in the education industry, Sabina brings extensive knowledge and a deep commitment to learning and development. Throughout her time as an educator, operations director, and academic manager, Sabina has designed comprehensive curricula, developed and implemented nationwide academic programs, produced effective onboarding for corporations, and created professional development and talent management initiatives. Her expertise in leadership development, team motivation, and employee engagement has resulted in her ability to cultivate high-performing teams with high growth potential.
Sabina holds a master’s degree in Education from Azusa Pacific University, where she achieved exemplary academic performance. Her academic background and professional experiences have equipped her with the skills necessary to excel in various educational roles. Sabina's ability to design and execute impactful programs has made her a valuable asset in the field of education.
Outside of work, Sabina is a mother of two who enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling, learning, and creating adventurous experiences. She is a member of the Deaf community and is dedicated to building a bridge between the Deaf and hearing worlds by fostering inclusion and belonging. Sabina's commitment to both her professional and personal communities demonstrates her dedication to making a positive impact in all areas of her life.
