ONBOARD portal session technologies

The private LUBEL ONBOARD client portal may use strictly necessary cookies or similar session technologies to authenticate authorized access and maintain secure sessions.

3. Google Analytics Cookies

LUBEL uses Google Analytics 4 on the public marketing website only after you affirmatively consent to analytics.

Before you consent, the Google Analytics tag is blocked and does not load.

If you reject analytics, LUBEL does not send website analytics data to Google Analytics.

Google Analytics is configured by LUBEL for website measurement rather than personalized advertising.

LUBEL currently does not enable:

• Google Signals
• User-provided data collection
• User ID tracking
• Google Ads linking
• Advertising personalization

Google Analytics user-level and event-level information is configured for a retention period of 14 months.

4. Consent

Analytics cookies are optional.

When you first visit the public LUBEL website, you are given the choice to:

• Accept analytics
• Reject analytics

Neither option is treated as the default choice.

Simply continuing to browse the website does not constitute consent.

If you reject analytics, Google Analytics remains blocked.

5. Changing or Withdrawing Consent

You can change your decision at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the website footer.

If you previously accepted analytics and then withdraw consent, LUBEL:

1. Updates your analytics preference to rejected.
2. Stops future analytics measurement.
3. Attempts to remove existing Google Analytics first-party cookies from the LUBEL domain.
4. Reloads the page so that the Google Analytics tag does not load again.

You may later grant analytics consent again through Cookie Settings.

6. Third-Party Content

Some pages may contain or link to third-party services, including Vimeo or Google.

Third parties may use technologies necessary to provide their own services when you choose to interact with them.

For example, when you choose to play a Vimeo-hosted video or follow a link to Google's appointment scheduling service, those providers may process information according to their own privacy and cookie policies.

Blocking necessary cookies may affect certain website or portal functionality.

Browser controls operate separately from LUBEL's own Cookie Settings controls.
