- Your message
Name, email address, and message are required fields. Other fields are optional.

Our website forms are processed using Netlify Forms.
3. Scheduling Meetings
Our website may provide links to schedule a meeting or demonstration using Google Calendar Appointment Schedules.
The scheduling service is hosted by Google and is not embedded directly into the LUBEL website. When you follow a scheduling link, you leave our website and interact directly with a Google-operated service.
Information you provide when scheduling, such as your name, email address, appointment time, and information you choose to include, may be processed by Google and provided to LUBEL for purposes of managing the appointment.
Google's own privacy terms apply to your use of Google's scheduling service.
4. Website Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”) on the public LUBEL website to understand how visitors use the site and to improve its content and performance.
Google Analytics is not activated until you affirmatively consent to analytics through our cookie banner.
If you reject analytics, the Google Analytics tag does not load and LUBEL does not send website analytics data to Google Analytics.
If you consent, Google Analytics may collect information such as:
- Pages viewed
- General interaction with the website
- Approximate location
- Browser and device category
- Referral source
- Scroll activity

We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, company names, form contents, or other directly identifying information to Google Analytics.
We currently do not use Google Analytics for personalized advertising, remarketing, User ID tracking, or user-provided data collection.
Google Signals is not enabled.
Our Google Analytics property is configured with a 14-month retention period for user-level and event-level data, with the retention period not reset by new user activity.
Google Analytics may continue to retain aggregated reporting information in accordance with Google's own systems and policies.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The public LUBEL website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies.
Necessary cookies
We use a first-party consent-preference cookie to remember whether you accepted or rejected analytics.
This cookie:
- Is used only to remember your privacy preference
- Does not track your activity across websites
- Is retained for up to 12 months
The protected LUBEL ONBOARD client portal may also use strictly necessary session technologies to authenticate authorized access and maintain secure sessions.
These necessary technologies are required for the requested functionality and are not used for advertising.
Analytics cookies
If you consent to analytics, Google Analytics may set first-party analytics cookies such as _ga and related _ga_* cookies.
We configure these analytics cookies for a maximum duration of approximately 12 months.
If you reject analytics, these cookies are not created by the LUBEL website.
You may change your decision at any time using the link in the website footer.
If you withdraw consent after previously accepting analytics, LUBEL updates your preference, attempts to remove existing Google Analytics first-party cookies from the LUBEL domain, and reloads the page so that Google Analytics does not load again unless you later grant consent.
More information is available in our Cookie Policy.
6. Video Content and Vimeo
Some LUBEL pages contain videos hosted by Vimeo.
Where implemented, Vimeo content is configured using privacy-focused settings, including Vimeo's Do Not Track functionality where appropriate.
When you choose to load or play Vimeo content, your browser may connect directly to Vimeo. Vimeo may process technical information required to deliver and secure the video player.
Vimeo's own privacy practices apply to information it processes through its services.
